About the Operations Proxy

Welcome to the OPERATIONS PROXY!

Within ProXify DAO, the Operations Proxy ensures the smooth running of ProXifyDAO. The operations proxy handled core operations in ProXifyDAO by identifying individual responsibility, handle the work flow within the other proxies, improve operational and work efficiency and foster a collaborative environment. The most defined roles in the Operations Proxy include Community Moderators and Event Managers, Scribes, and Project Managers.

MODERATORS

ProXifyDAO moderators handle the ProXifyDAO community and that of our client DAOs. They are responsible for the implementation of community rules/guidelines, dispute resolution, mediation and also take action when required. They also organize and moderate events.

Requirements to join the Community Moderators

• Experience in community moderation.

• Should be a people-person.

• Should be conversant with Discord and Telegram (optional).

• Experience with governance forums is a plus.

• Experience with handling bots is also another plus!

PROJECT MANAGERS

Project managers ensure that projects are effectively planned, executed, monitored, controlled and closed. They ensure projects are delivered effectively, on time and within the budget. Their duties are resource planning, project-team organization, time management, cost estimation and budget development, analysis and management of project risks, monitoring progress and work flow, documentation and project reports, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements to join the Project Managers

• Experience in planning and forecasting.

• Experience in team, time and risk management.

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

• Budgeting.

• Negotiation and communication skills.

• Leadership and motivational skills.

SCRIBES

The Scribes are note-takers that document meetings and other happenings within the DAO. They record and document decisions, actions and issues noted by the DAO during meetings. They ensure already discussed issues and decisions are not revisited.

Requirements to join the Scribes

• Administrative writing skills.

• Comprehensive skills.

• Reporting skills.

• Record-keeping and book-keeping.

• Experience with tools like Notion, Spreadsheets, Docs, etc.
